Q: What does it means to be a Naughty Parties consultant? 

A: When you become a Naughty Parties consultant, you take the first step to owning your own business. All Naughty Parties consultants are independent consultants, not employees. An independent consultant is a self-employed sales distributor who purchases products at a discount from Naughty Parties and resells the products to the public.

The difference between what you pay for the product and what you receive for the product is your profit! With Naughty Parties, you start off with 25-45% commission, depending on kit purchase, on your sales and options to make more! You can increase your earning potential with our leadership compensation program.
Naughty Parties is a home party business of romance enrichment and personal pleasure products. As an independent consultant, you schedule how much you work and when.

As an independent consultant, you are free to build your business as you like. You must adhere to all Naughty Parties current policies and procedures (see Terms and Conditions on consultant application). Terms and Conditions will be updated and changed as needed. You will receive a copy of all new Policies and Procedures before they go it to effect.

In return, Naughty Parties will provide you with quality adult products and ongoing support and assistance to ensure that your business and your profits continue to grow.

Q: What are my Business Obligations as a Sales Consultant? 

A: You are responsible for filing all necessary tax forms. As a sales consultant for Naughty Parties you are employed as an independent contractor.

Therefore, as an independent contractor, Naughty Parties is under no obligation to collect or pay unemployment benefits, collect or pay Federal income tax on your behalf, or collect from you to pay any federal agency within this country on your behalf.

It is your responsibility, as a contractor to legally adhere to these obligations yourself and negligence on your part to do so will not invoke legal responsibility on the part of Naughty Parties.

Q: What should I do when All Orders Are Placed? 

A: After you have collected all orders, you then close your kit item case & carry it out to your car. Leave the order forms in your briefcase in the house, as you will need these to go over the totals with the hostess.

It doesn't matter if there are lingering visitors, you should immediately get with the hostess and let her know the calculated totals of the sales from the party without showing her the receipts themselves so as not to infringe on the customers right to privacy and discretion for the products they have chosen.

At this time ask her if there are any outside orders that have been paid for from those not in attendances. She should have these orders already filled out.

The retail price of the item is what she will get her 10% from not including tax and shipping.

Inform her at this time that she will have to pay S/H and tax fees for the free items.

Once you have concluded your conversation with the Hostess, you may then proceed to exit the party even though there maybe lingering guest. Thank everyone there for coming and be sure you have placed all needed items back in your briefcase.

Q: What to do after the party? 

A: After you have conducted your party, you should have collected the total amounts due from both party members and nonparty members.

Send the money order and order forms to the Naughty Parties office (including shipping and sales tax). The money order should be payable to Naughty Parties or you can drop by the office. You can fax in your order forms the night of your party or the next day. But you still need to mail in the original copies of the order forms along with the money order.

Mail your order within 1 day of the party so the customers do not have to wait any longer than necessary for their order. When placing your order include the item number, description, quantity, pages number and retail total of the product.

Your order will arrive within 7 to 10 working days depending on availability.

When you receive your order, all orders will be contained in "non-see-thru" packages. Go through the contents of your order and make sure all items are there. If discrepancies of contents do arise, then bring this to our attention immediately. You job is done once you hand the hostess the packages.

Q: Terms and Conditions for the $35.00 Kit Special: 

A: Kit will be shipped after consultant’s signs the application, credit card authorization, and provides a photocopy of driver’s license. Consultant will be charged $350.00 after the 60 days of promotional period if $ 1,500.00 in sales is not met. If the consultant fails to meet the sales within the allotted time and funds are not available for transfer to cover the cost of the kit, the consultant agrees to be responsible for any fees incurred in the pursuance of legal action to obtain said fees. This promotional offer is effective September 19, 2008 thru October 30, 2008. Your 60 days period will start when you receive your kit. Only 1 kit per consultant and only applies to new consultants.

Q: What is the refund policy? 

A: we only exchange defective items. Due to any defect in materials or workmanship or this product fails to maintain its integrity or its moving parts become inoperable, Naughty Parties will replace this product Warranties do not cover product repair and / or replacement because of acts of God, misuse, accident, unauthorized repair or alteration or other cause not within the control of the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all warranty service. These products are sold as novelties only.

Be sure to read care instructions on all toys and storing instructions for toys and lotions.
WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS, EXCHANGES ONLY FOR THE SAME PRODUCT (only defective or damage items)

Test all products as soon as you receive them. We cannot accept returns on special orders, insertion and genital contact toys (i.e. dildos, vibrators, pumps etc.), intimate clothing, edible products or anything returned to us in un-sellable condition.

Q: When are consultant’s payments due to Naughty Parties? 

A: All payments are due when the order is placed. Naughty Parties accepts different types of payments including paypal and money orders.

Q: How long after I place my order does it takes for my products to ship? 

A: Most orders are shipped within 7-10 days after payment is received. Credit card payments take 48 to 72 hours to process. Backorders are shipped to the consultant when they arrive. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. All orders are shipped from CA.

Q: What are the shipping charges for a consultant? 

A: You will be charged 10% of order for shipping charges over $100.00. Orders less than $100.00 will be charged $8.95

Q: Do the kits ever change? 

A: Yes the kits change. We change them based on what are our best sellers.
